It is the opinion of the Judges, as Your Lordship
will observe, that their Clerks should be placed on the Judicial establishment in the permanent service of the Colony, and retain

It appears to me -
that benefit would be
derived by altering the present system in the.
suggested, and I would therefore recommend the changes in the designation of the Clerks, and in the Law, which Mr. Justice.
